Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
If a mistake has been made by us in the order, the return costs are of course free. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Cosmetique Totale with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via webshop@cosmetique-totale.nl. Always include your last name, order number, and reason. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.

Return exceptions

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for:

• sealed products; Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
  
  
• reasons that are clearly of a personal nature;

• products that by their nature cannot be returned;

• products that can spoil or age;
