Customer Service

The Cosmetique Totale webshop is part of our national organization for skin therapy. Cosmetique Totale is affiliated with the Dutch Association of Skin Therapists (NVH) and the Quality Register for Paramedics.

Through the webshop, you can easily (re)order products, with or without advice from your skin therapist. The customer service is available six days a week to assist you as best as possible.

Customer service opening hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 20:00
Friday and Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday: closed

How does the product work?
For substantive questions about a product, it is best to contact our skin therapist by phone via085 902 20 80or send an email toinfo@cosmetique-totale.nl. She is happy to advise you, tailored to your skin type and goals.

Exchange
You can exchange products within 14 days if they are unopened. The return costs will then be at your expense. Has the package not been shipped yet? Then we can change the order free of charge.

Pay
You can pay securely via iDEAL, Klarna, or Credit Card.

Delivery
Do you order on a working day before 3:00 PM? Then we will hand your package over to the delivery service the same day.

Safety & warranty
We ensure sufficient stock so you never have to wait long. All packages are shipped with track & trace.
